Hello! My name is Tomi Borisov, and I’d like to tell you a bit more about myself.

I was born on June 20, 1996, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, and grew up in the neighborhood of "Proslav," where my childhood was filled with many emotions and memories that I will never forget. Although my family and I didn’t have much, I always found ways to be happy, and those moments are priceless to me.

Since I was a child, I’ve been athletic, but my first serious encounter with sports began at the age of 11 when I started training in Muay Thai and boxing. Over time, I continued to progress and didn’t stray from the right path, which has led me to where I am today.

A Turning Point in My Life Came at Age 17, when I started training more seriously for the first time with my brother and his friend. I joined MMA classes (mixed martial arts), and after just a few months, I was making progress. After only 2 to 3 months of training, I signed up for my first competition in the junior category in Bulgaria. I won two out of three matches and took home my first gold medal.

Just a few months later, I competed in my second competition, where I won another gold medal after three tough matches.

At 18, I began competing against more experienced fighters and faced the then-amateur champion of Bulgaria, who I narrowly lost to. Despite the loss, this competition was crucial—it served as a qualifier for the national team in Bulgaria. I won my first two matches, but lost the third, which allowed me to join the national team and participate in the European Championship in Birmingham, England.

At the European Championship, I won my first match. In the second, I lost by points, unable to continue due to a fractured jaw, which showed how difficult and challenging this sport can be.

After the European Championship, I participated in the Balkan Amateur Championship in Bulgaria, where I suffered an injury to my knee and an unknown problem in my hip, forcing me to compete in a higher weight class. I won my first two matches but lost in the final, finishing with a silver medal, despite my injuries in the knee and hip.

My Love for Fitness started with the need to recover from these injuries. At 19, to strengthen my legs and back, I began exploring fitness, where I fell in love with training, nutrition, and the path to a healthier lifestyle.

Later, I moved to Edinburgh, Scotland, where I lived and trained for three years with my father. There, I managed to build impressive shape, competed in bodybuilding in the Men’s Physique category, and even made it to the finals, where I placed third, despite not having prior experience in this sport. This opened a new chapter in my sports career.

After returning to Bulgaria, I continued to develop in the field of fitness and training programs. Today, I can proudly say that my knowledge and experience have helped many people achieve their goals, and I never stop learning and improving myself.

My Results in sports and bodybuilding have been achieved entirely naturally, without the use of banned substances. I am proud to share that I have won bronze medals in the Men's Physique category in both Bulgaria and the United Kingdom, and I am also the Vice-Balkan Champion in bodybuilding in the Classic Physique Novice category.

My Mission is to help others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals with professionalism, dedication, and a personalized approach.
