About me

Hello! My name is Tomi Borisov, and I was born on June 20, 1996, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist coach with over 11 years of active experience in various sports and fitness disciplines. My journey in sports began with training in MMA, kickboxing, boxing, and jiu-jitsu, and I gradually expanded my skills into natural bodybuilding, as well as functional and cardio training.

My Achievements

Over the years, I have achieved significant results in various competitions and am proud of my accomplishments:

  • 2-time Bulgarian National MMA Champion (Juniors)

  • Balkan MMA Vice-Champion

  • Bulgarian National Vice-Champion in MMA

  • Participation in the European MMA Championship, with one win and one loss.

Natural Results

It is extremely important to me that all of my achievements in bodybuilding were accomplished without the use of anabolic steroids, even though I competed against opponents who used such substances. In bodybuilding, my achievements include:

  • Bronze medalist in Men's Physique in the United Kingdom.

  • Bronze medalist in Men's Physique in Bulgaria.

  • Vice-Balkan Champion in Classic Physique (Novice category).

Throughout all these years, I have never stopped developing my knowledge and skills in training methodologies and nutritional plans. I am constantly educating myself on new trends in the fitness industry, experimenting with different methods to provide the best for my clients.
